Sometimes, the right time to share news is not immediately after the event, but right before the next round begins.
That is exactly why we want to celebrate our spusu Lower Austria Company Challenge 2025 success once again:
Smarter Business Solutions won first place in the micro company category.
Even though this success happened last year, it still means a lot to us.
From March 1 to May 31, 2025, active minutes were collected across Lower Austria. Together, we achieved 70,956 minutes and finished in first place in our category.
Why this win means so much to us
We are proud of the result. But we are even prouder of what made it possible:
- a team that motivates each other
- colleagues who consciously make time for movement
- shared routines that truly help in a busy workday
And on a personal level: I am immensely proud of every team member for contributing so consistently and getting active outdoors.
We often went for walks together in the park during lunch breaks, grabbed some food, and cleared our heads at the same time. These small routines gave us not only active minutes, but also great conversations, more energy, and real team spirit.
One special example is Michi, who avoided using his car for most of the challenge period. Decisions like that make a real difference.
More than a competition
For us, the Lower Austria Company Challenge is more than a ranking. It is a reminder that health, movement, and team culture are not a “nice to have”, but an important part of everyday work life.
If there is one thing we want to promote as a company, it is this: being outdoors together, motivating each other, and getting fitter step by step.
Looking ahead to this year’s challenge
Even though this win is from 2025, the timing of this post is perfect because the next edition starts in just a few days.
We are already excited to be back at the starting line and to collect active minutes together again.
