Ready-made products for recurring requirements. Focus on the processes that make your customer’s business different.
For Microsoft 365 service providers
You know your customers. We build the tools for Outlook and SharePoint. Together, we turn them into solutions that work in everyday business.
How we work together
Your customer
Trusts your advice.
You, the partner
Shape the solution, rollout and customer relationship.
Your customer relationship stays with you
Smarter Business Solutions
Products, product expertise and technical support.
More for your customers. More from your expertise.
Ready-made products for recurring requirements. Focus on the processes that make your customer’s business different.
Information architecture, metadata, rollout and training: your expertise turns a product into the customer’s solution.
Discuss technical questions with us. We take responsibility for product development; you remain the partner by your customer’s side.
Customer protection. A clear commitment.
No direct prospecting. No SharePoint development offers to your customers. We have no interest in taking over your customer relationship.
You lead the customer project. We do not use the access you provide to sell our own services.
We do not directly offer SharePoint development services to your customers – at the start or in subsequent projects.
If you want to bring us into a development project, we only do so at your request and always through you as the partner.
We also include this principle in the partner agreement. We agree on scope, responsibilities and communication before the first joint customer project.
One portfolio. Real customer needs.
Four examples from our product portfolio. Choose the problem to solve, not the next custom development project.

From a conversation to your first customer project
Who are your customers? Where is a suitable product missing? One concrete use case is enough to get started.
We look at the right product together and discuss its use, requirements and a possible trial.
Customer protection, services, licensing and commercial terms are agreed before the first joint project.
You remain the partner for the customer project. We coordinate product support and customer communication with you. We do not approach your customers to sell our own SharePoint development services.
You can bring us in if you explicitly want to. The engagement, coordination and delivery run through you as the partner – never around you.
We agree on compensation, billing and responsibilities to suit the collaboration. An enquiry is non-binding and does not create a partner agreement.
Not necessarily. We discuss whether you want to refer a customer or handle rollout and ongoing services yourself. We agree only on what fits your business.
Yes. Tell us the product or use case you have in mind. We will discuss a suitable demo or the available trial options and technical requirements.
Let’s get to know each other
You don’t need a finished project plan. Tell us what your customers need and how we could complement your services.
