From our point of view, it is enormously important to facilitate the implementation of the 3G rule in the workplace for all those affected. In this article, we would therefore like to show you how to buy licenses in AppSource and how to manage your subscriptions using the Smarter 3G Saas offering in AppSource.

At this point, we would like to point out something very important! In order to buy Smarter 3G, you have to make sure that you set the billing country/region correctly. In our case, we have set this setting to Austria. You have to pay attention to this, otherwise, the download button is deactivated. As a result, it is not possible to buy a license in the AppSource.

Change the billing region by scrolling to the bottom and clicking Change Billing Country/Region in the footer. On the next page, you select your location here. Hint: the country names are always in English regardless of your language selection.

Once you have done this, the button is active and you can click download now.

In the next step, you can select one of the 3 license plans: Small, Medium, and Large. The plans are valid for a period of one month for one user and are staggered according to the number of users in the company.

Select a plan, enter the number of users, and enter your payment information (credit card information) to complete the purchase.

In the Microsoft 365 admin center you can manage the licenses. You will find the necessary information under the navigation item Billing in the sub-item Licenses. Here you can assign, renew and cancel licenses. This makes it possible that the number of users can be changed by you at any time. In addition, you can cancel the subscription at any time on a monthly basis.

As usual with Microsoft licenses, it is also possible for you to set whether you want to pay the bills monthly or annually.
